Checking through some change and this one caught my eye, looks like the S mint mark is punched to the right of Lincolns forehead and possibly something on the reverse as well.. what do you all think? Is this something worth getting checked out in your opinion?

In 1990 there were no mint marks punched into the die. The mint marks were all the part of the design starting with that year. So they couldn't be a misplaced mint mark. Just a lot of imagination.

Those are carbon spots. That's Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint).
