Sel, this is a GTG thread, meaning we guess the grade on the NGC slab. Having the OP tell us the grade would be ruining the fun.

The pics do not show any luster. If it has luster, MS-64. Without luster I think MS-60 Details, cleaned.

I really can't tell from those photos. I'm not convinced it's been cleaned.

Uncirculated, hard to tell from pics, NGC gave it 64?
