@giljan, that is a very nice set of 1/2 groschen coins! And nice to see another denomination from this part of the world (denar); I think there are a few more of these coming in the 1550s.

Oddly enough it is a scepter. Here is a link to a coin on numista which shows this object much more clearly:

Even with that said, the shaft part of the scepter seems unusually short on our coins, unless this is actually some sort of medieval equivalent to brass knuckles. Here is a link to a Thaler which seems to show more normal proportions, but the same Corinthian distal end:
