Your coin looks like slight MD, you can see it on the date as well. It does not match RPM-007 since it doesn't have the same notched upper serif.

It's slight Machine Doubling. You can see the reduced devices and how it's shelflike in appearance. This isn't an RPM, but a example of Machine Doubling. http://www.error-ref.com/machine-doubling/

The location is very close. So even the die state Could affected the location of the devices and the MD. So keep it for now. Maybe somewhere down the line an example with have markers to match your coin.
