EFLargeCents Pillar of the Community United States 1304 Posts	Posted 06/25/2018 5:50 pm This Caracalla denarius has really old cabinet toning, it is a shame that I have no pedigree to go with it. Lost to the ages, unless I can match it to a auction catalog description from the past. Here is another of the type with different legend breaks. A different reverse with a bust that looks more Septimius than Caracalla. Severus example for comparison of style on the bust. Very similar. I have a small collection of these commemoratives. Nice Geta maridvnvm, if you are going to have just one of this type reverse, having a Geta is the way to go, definitely the scarcest ruler for the type.
