In a bag of random international coins I found, there was a mint-condition-looking quarter-sized coin in a sealed coin capsule. The obverse and reverse are identical, the Seal of Oregon, with proof-level detail. All I could find that was close was a 1915 Expo coin, but that obviously had a different reverse. I haven't been able to find any novelty medallions with textured sides or a 1" width matching it.
