Chung dynasty cash coin, not at Computerr to tell what mint, Shanghai?

Appears to be a Ch'ing Dynasty Cash coin of Emperor Hsuan Tsung (1821 - 1850). Reign Title: Tao Kuang. Mint would either be The Board of Revenue mint, Peking (Beijing) or The Board of Public Works mint, also in Beijing. The photos are not too clear. A very common coin with little value.
