Found this one in a roll. Looks to be 160-170 degrees of rotation. Looks like the example on error-ref.

Chronoswiss, I have one just like yours, but it's rotated a little bit more than your example. It's also from 1994. I found it last year in a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. http://goccf.com/t/297992

Drdon, have you tried to give it an Acetone soak yet? That will help a lot, and it will get off any dirt or crud on the coin. Use only 100 percent pure Acetone and give it a 3 to 4 hour Acetone soak.

Yes it is the easiest error to find. Just turn the coin over.

It's pretty easy to find these, as it's the most often overlooked, according to some internet source that I look at, long before I was a CCF member. A lot of people tend to miss these major Rotated Dies.
