The Liberty and the last part of the date appear to be caused by a Grease Filled Die. The extra 0 looks recessed, that could mean the impression is from another coin or by someone counter stamping it.

I think that you can even see where the grease plug came from as well. I think it came from the 2nd "0" of "2005".

It's an authentic dropped filling, specifically a dropped number 0. Nice find.
