Gorgeous reverse. Technical Grade 35. Eye Appeal 5/10.
Obverse speckling probably hurt the grade, though it shouldn't.

Here is NGC's assessment. Thanks all for your input ... While it does look considerably better in hand I guess the marks on the obverse earned it a details grade. What I'm not particularly in agreement with are the VF grade and the cleaning designation. Oh well -
