This one almost looks like a little Machine Doubling of the D mintmark with an RPM included. 3 distinct areas of the D to the north are apparent. I cannot find this one on Dr. Wiles site.

It is Machine Doubling. Note the top and bottom loops? The upper was reduced by the MD, the lower one is normal. Just how MD works. It smacks it right after the normal strike, altering the devices it hits.
