Reverse stain knocks off a couple of moxking eye-appeal points (MEAP) from otherwise circ cameo

VF-20. Not sure if black area at 1 o'clock on the reverse is environmental damage. If it is, it might get a Details grade depending on the severity of the ED. If it's just a stain it most likely straight graded.

Not ED. I grade it VF-25. Looks like a decent coin absent of hairlines and major ticks. Reverse crud wouldn't bother me but that's just my opinion. YMMV.

Technical Grade 25. Eye Appeal 6/10. Love the circulation cameo, even with slight discoloration. I like it.

I think it makes a full 25. It is attractive, at least to me.
