I just had several Palestine 1 and 2 Mil Mandate coins graded. The grades were, what I would call accurate. My only issue, as I've had this type of grading done before, was that as they are copper there were no designations like "RD", "RB" or "BN" on the holders as they were on every other graded ICCS holder I've ever done before.

I returned to ICCS and asked them why no designations..they said they don't do this any more on international coins. I guess my problem with this thinking is:
1) every other grading service does it.
2) when did they make the announcement to the coin community as I must have missed it..?!

Just a thought..they certainly can't put it up on their website..

It might be because ICCS, while conservative overall, is more liberal with RD and RD designations than US counterparts. Although they have set the Canadian standards, they've taken some flack for it on world coins.
