Not sure if any significance but there are markings inbetween the 2 in the date and the neck where artist intials are.

That's the marks of the reeding from another coin.
When the Mint bags the coin they bang into each other.
That type of mark often occurs.

Looks like it was hit by the rim of another coin. No extra value.

It's from a hit from the reeding of another coin. It's Post Strike Damage. No extra value, because it's only damage.
