Going to say XF45, has some minor circulation dings and rubs BUT, don't like the look of the surfaces...looks like it was dipped in a chemical cleaner some time ago. The shine isn't a natural luster of an uncleaned coin which now affects it's grade and value...some. Still a very nice coin!

The wear on the ribbon is almost down to the hair. I'll guess XF45 with 3 diamonds showing.
