Doubled or do I just need some rest. The 2 in the date seems to show doubling but not really sure! Thanks in advance!!

If the doubled element disappears or moves when you shift the light source, it may just be a trick of the light called ghosting.
May be MDD, however I can't tell from the images you provided.

More of an issue with die wear. Note the directions of the two areas? They are towards the rim direction.
