It appears to be Roman and made of copper.
It is about 16 mm in diameter.
On the obverse there appears to be a soldier in mail and on the reverse there is a staff

Crispus (son of Constantine the Great) Caesar 316-326 AD, Obverse: Helemeted, cuirassed bust facing right, only able to make out what looks like CRISP. Reverse: Banner reading VOT XX with seated captives seated on either side. Thessalonica mint.

This one seems to have been harshly cleaned (electrolysis?) but will calm down again given time - there is still some nice detail on it.

I don't know if it was cleaned.
This is the condition that it arrived to me.
I did think it had good detail - that is why I got it.
