From your pictures I only see PMD (post mint damage) after it left the mint along with years of being in circulation. If you could provide clear crisp pics then perhaps we will be able to see if there is something there besides what I've stated above. I would definitely keep them as they are wheat cents and face value is what they are worth. Report this Post to the Staff

An error is only something that happens during the striking of the coin at the mint. Anything after that is just damage. Report this Post to the Staff
