Looks pretty beat, but I see no indications of fakery. Do you have photos of the reverses?

Yeah, and the rim is completely flat and thicker. The obverse looks like a bad print either that or just fading.

Thanks, but the rim is not raised at all. Also forgot to mention it is only the bottom coin from the top photo of the reverses.

Perphaps you should have asked a Aussie, 90% sure even from this grainy photos it is real, however really beat up. Also @aiglet7 that coin is wrong observer side.

Is there an Aussie place I can ask? I'm from Sydney but hey automatically set my thing to United States. If it is real why would here be no rim on he front and a flat one on the back?

However there are fakes but not something you should even care about, fake ones have a lot less details on the face of the man and the shrubs.

Its been to places. ;) most probably crushed by something heavy so it looks messed up, then further circulation has lessen the details.
