Most are desirable and there are many collectors of these types of items. It's a nice piece and quite interesting. For a value I could only suggest an ebay search for comps. Edited for spelling. spru Bedrock of the Community United States 12477 Posts	Posted 07/05/2018 01:58 am It may not be as old as it purports to be, but based on the photo inside, it is decently old (early 20th Century?) and also, apparently, sterling silver. It could be older, though, if the photo is contemporary with the "locket". I'd say that's a nice catch.
