This coin has some round edged Cud and misc. Cud on the reverse. It's not damage as it sits behind the died shield. What is this type called? Also noticed the die line in front of the forehead.

That error is called.... Damaged. Post Strike Damage, not mint error. If anything, has plating issues.

Not an error. Just a damaged coin (Post Strike Damage). It's stained.

I don't see any errors there. By the way, a Cud must always include the coin's rim.

I suggest doing some research on the many types of errors and non-errors. Here is a good site to learn:
