I think it's def an rpm. I thought maybe plating issue but the SE inside corner of the D def looks like an RPM.

Take a look here, looks about right location(not at home tonight)seems right. What seems odd is outside curve. I think that is MD, but that portion inside, by the tight of vertical bar, is like 008

It might be an RPM, but Machine Doubling reduced the in mint mark in size, so it makes it harder to tell.

Crazyb0. Mine does not have a notch at the lower serif.
Thanks for all your helps guy but I still not convinced this RPM cause No list for this one

I checked variety Vista and I think it looks like 009. I think the part that's on the inside of the vetical bar in D is just MD. The date and the outside of the curve obviously show it. The inside SE corner looks just like the 009. You take away the MD and they look identical. Imho

It looks like a possible RPM in the mintmark loop, but the outside looks like some Machine Doubling
