Looks like Machine Doubling in the date.

I don't have the energy to look but I actually think you do have a DD. Just not the one you think. It's hard to tell but is there some extras metal sticking out from under the horizontal bar of the L? Is so then that is the actual doubling on this coin, if my memory serves me correctly.
