Hello again everyone,let me first say that reading these forums has been extremely informative, and really helped me to identify almost all of the supposed "errors" I thought I found over the last several months I picked up my collecting/ searching again. Mainly a couple Dryer Coins, planchet flaws, and linear plating bubbles I thought were cracks, but this one is still eluding me so I reach out to you for your knowledgeable opinions

If you are referring to the line the goes through the word GOD, that looks like lamination.

That's a Lamination error, not a Cud.

Certainly a saver and a good example of a delamination in the planchet prior to striking.
