There's no errors on your coin. It's completely normal.

Why just the rim so much bigger then the rims on the other k e then? Maybe a proof?

This happens a lot on the 1972 cents, it's normal just well struck.

Rim seems abnormally wider in one direction in the obverse image. The reverse image cropped out the section just as it started to get interesting.

Might check the diameter for any subtle changes. Normal diameter should be 19.05mm. Might also visually inspect the edge for anything out of the ordinary.
