Found this in change. To me it doesn't look like someone bent it. Marks are on the neck and on boat. Any info would be appreciated.

Someone did bend it.
The marks are from a tool that was used.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

You can clearly see the mark in your second-to-last photo where someone grasped the coin with a tool and then bent it.

To CCF! This isn't an error. This is Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the Canadian Mint). It was bent intentionally by someone messing around with it. A tool was used to bend this.

It was proudly MADE IN CANADA.
