I found this one while roll searching, I tried to recreate this effect using heat and soapy water like I've seen people do to artificially tone pennies, but the color comes out differently and if overheated the "bubbles" are not the same they aren't circular like the one on the reverse of this 94D, I am still learning about all the different errors flaws and how to identify PMD, so again reaching out, and as always your opinions are greatly appreciated.

The toning is PMD. The bubbles are zinc rot. Spend it before it turns into a "stinkin' zincoln", as Crazyb0 calls them.

Your coin has toning, which is Post Strike Damage. It also has Zinc Rot setting in as well.
