Appears to be Struck Through Debris through the Letters of "Cent" and the Wheat Stalks Rim to Rim? Any Thoughts? Thanks.

Peeling lamination, not a struck-thru.

Lamination tends to run in a straight line. Note on you coin the area affected is a straight line. The bonding the of the stock material was showing an overlay of metal that was too thin to bond. Thus the metal peeling up on that straight line area. If it were a struck through debris, then it would probably not, be straight. Usually more circular in shape. Thus the mention of a lamination rather than a struck through.
