Looks like a Broken Die Post has filled the inside of the mint mark, causing a void in that spot on the die. This is very common though, and it doesn't carry a premium.

The coin has that look because I used a Flash I thought it would make it look more detailed so that people could see the P in it being closed but I think it did help but yet it changed the color.
Also I found A post on ebay selling what I thought was about the same coin with the same error for $25.

That seller doesn't know what he's talking about at all. There's no errors on the seller's coin. ebay has shady coin sellers, so be very careful.
