I find that a quick "go to point" when looking for counterfeit cents
is on the obverse.
The I in DEI has a thick lower SERIF and the two colons on the right
side are elongated.
Neither of the OP coins show this.

Fakes from different manufacturers can vary in relation to each other.

Thanks again guys! Seller states he has all similar grade 1920-1936 cents and paid "alot" poor guy. Unless that's an excuse and he is responsible for this! Anyways I passed on these. Thanks!

Good choice, the coin definitely should not have such a high luster level. There are also no hairlines on the beard.

I would say a fake
