I always thought that was the mash marks. (I haven't learned the correct term yet)

I don't think that's 1DR-001. 1DR-001 has a partial extra column at the bottom right of the first bay. Your coin doesn't have this. I think you have an issue with the copper plating causing what appears to be an extra column, this is very common on Lincoln Memorial Cents.

1DR-001 also doesn't have the strong die scratches your coin has.

I'm very sorry Bate, but you don't have it. It doesn't match. It's most likely a plating issue that caused this.

The bays on your coin shows die polishing that altered the bay field. Note how rough it looks? Then not on the coppercoins example

You see the area in question on the lower part as a definite line. That is the DDR, not the disturbed bay field area.

Well you learned something new today. That if it is hub created, then it should be smooth like the other devices. If it is rough, the die may have been altered or the coin was damaged. Just another step upwards to the learning process.
