I wanted to get your opinion on the grade and possible issues with the obverse and reverse?

It's super nice, high grade coin for sure.

However, the color seems highly suspicious. It does not look natural, IMO.

64 would be my guesstimate, assuming that is some sort of planchet flaw on the reverse below the motto, but the color is a bit too perfect I must agree.

I was thinking the same about the color and the planchet flaw. I don't know enough about planchet flaws, on the obverse and reverse, so that is why I am asking for everyone's thoughts on it. Would it get a details for planchet flaws or could they straight grade?

Cleaned for sure. Not sure what caused the damage on the reverse, it looks too straight and well-defined to be a lamination peel, and the pitting is more indicative of ED such as a piece of tape or mount used to stick the coin in an album over a long period of time.

I would suspect it would come back Genuine - AU Details - Questionable Color or Environmental Damage.

Honestly, I can tell what the heck is going on with this coin from those pictures.

Multiple problems or conditions. The simple, headache-free solution is to avoid it.
