Sorry they are not great photos, but getting a good focus is hard. The coin is small, about 3-4 mm in size

If you would be so kind, might you take photos from directly over each side. We need to be able to turn these in software etc. If you have decent detail we'll figure it out. Ephesus had little bird heads by the way. I repost your photo turned and the ephesus coin I am thinking about, with many different styles of heads, same size, tiny coins. If you notice the other side would have to be a bee's wing somewhere. Like in the coin image below.
