1969-D Washington Quarter - D/D Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ? Thoughts Please

I think it's more of a Die Deterioration issue, since there's a lot of die flow lines. Details also seem a little bit mushy. It's a worn die issue (Late Die State). The die was nearing its end of its life, and was ready for retirement soon. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff
