Nope, not a Doubled Die Reverse. Your coin shows Die Deterioration Doubling, caused by a worn die. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...on-doubling/

Meow keeps nickels like that, because Meow can never seem to find any real double dies. Well, at least not yet. But anyway, that coin is nice example of a DDD. It a bit more extreme than a typical one Meow has found.
