I really can't tell from the pics. Something more in focus and cropped to remove background would be much better.

to CCF. Might be just natural toning or a brass plated coin. But what ever it is,the scratch marks above LIBERTY ruined it. I hope you did not put those scratches on it.

Looks like someone scratched it to see if it's real. Just different toning I think.
