Here is what I see, A very badly treated semi-key 1922 D cent with a certificate stating that it a genuine coin struck by the US mint slightly stretching the truth in stating limited quantities, and really pushing it when calling this collectible condition. Aside from that 3 1972 cents which are common, and a silver 1993 S Proof Madison dollar worth about $16-$20. Report this Post to the Staff

This was done by a private company, not the US mint. They do have some value as I have seen them sell on ebay. Usually with accompanying packaging. Probably "worth" $15-$20 as a pair.
