tiny raised dots likely from plating.

Plated? I just took it out of my set I had since 1990. Do you mean plating problems from the mint? Or polished die? We got them in school as a gift and someone didn't care for theirs and I ended up having 2 sets. That's the first time I have taken it out of its holder. It came with half dollar , quarter, dime, nickel, penny , and P uncirculated coin.

I don't see any signs of plating. This is an MS-64 or 65 coin. The little white spots aren't bumps, they are bag marks.

Appears MS-65, but I can't say with sure without better pics.

Can't grade from these pics. Doubt it's been plated.

I would say MS-65. It has very nice mint luster showing, and it's very attractive.
Errers and Varietys.
