Can someone help me with this Wheat cent it's a 1925 but is it a Cud or what what is going on with this coin.

To CCF! It's just a damaged coin, not an error. It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). The metal was pushed in.

Coin is bent on the edge. Bent on the obverse and pushed out on the reverse. 3 strikes and it out.
