I think this "doubling" is being caused by your lighting. It looks like you have too many light sources. I don't think there's any doubling on the coin.

I just count the JFM it self. I know ONE CENT is not. The only light source that USB scope. I put in different angles to show the JFM dd. I Don't know cause I put other 2017 under same lighting position but didn't show big separation like this one Tanman2001

That's Machine Doubling, not a Doubled Die Reverse. The devices are reduced in size.

Bate, those aren't notches. Those are the areas that was damaged by Machine Doubling, when the die bounced. The area has been reduced in size.

The JFM is showing push doubling. The metal was moved to a different location. This leaves the devices flat looking in one area. On a doubled die they devices are just enlarged or shows two contoured device images.

Many times it takes seeing the doubling with a normal coin to appreciate how strong or not even there that you are looking at. What happens? When you look at the screen, then your coin, details like size/width seem to go away. But to seem them side by side, then you spot what you missed. So if you can, try making these at home with two images side by side. That will help you see minor stuff. It will help your eye to discern fine details and remember what a normal devices look like.
