1994 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Philadelphia.. Spiked Head? And A Funny Looking 4

So I took a Picture then I saw what I think is a characteristic that is commonly referred to as a Spiked head.. Opinions? Sory for bad photos.. Now it gets really weird.. I turn to reverse side and see a woman standing up against a column with a blown up picture of her head above the memorial.. I know its early but... Help please Report this Post to the Staff
