doubleeagle59 Pillar of the Community Canada 2495 Posts	Posted 07/22/2018 2:01 pm There is not a snowball's chance in he double hockey sticks that coin is an ms66.. It's at best an ms64. Look at the scratches (or small linear marks) in the field to the left of the Queen. Even MS65's don't have these marks. I'm not inferring the seller is dishonest. Maybe it's an ICCS typo. Also, it's a two-letter cert and the very last 2-letter cert was issued in 2011, so this ICCS coin is at least 7 years old and a lot can happen in 7 years. Anyways, I am surprised if anyone responds that it could be an ICCS ms66. Report this Post to the Staff
