Not sure of this "liberty ". Not a die break, but maybe a grease chunk that made a gouge? Chunk of greased T dropped, gouge , this result ?

Wrongnumber, that's actually a "RIT" Die Chip. It's the same thing as a "BIE", just a different location. Very nice find and congratulations! cuds-on-coins.com/ldb6-1953/

You're very welcome and no problem! These ones aren't as easy to find as your typical normal "BIES". So far, I've only found one example of this "BIE" throughout my whole years of CRH.
