1973 Proof Sets Some Are? Read On

My buddy Charles went the Fun show last weekend and gather up 30.1973 Proof set,and they were not all for the same seller the most he got from a seller was 5. last night we went thur them and 12 of the 30 had marks like this on the rim's





all the coin but the Ike's had 3 marks each coin at 4 o'clock 7 & 12 o'clock on the rims . and each coin all had 1 of the 3 marks on the face of the rim little v type marks
but the Ike's were not affected.
So if you plan to have any 1973 Proofs grade look at the rims before you brake it down.
