If I sent in to PCGS a modern date Lincoln Penny for grading what would they charge for this service?

Before sending it in, why not post some pics in the Grading forum here so we can see if it's worth submitting to PCGS?

Post pictures of your coin first in the the grading forum here. http://goccf.com/f/25

Then we can determine if it's worth sending in to be graded or not.

If you send in one cent then all shipping, handling and grading fees will apply to that one coin. A minimum dollar amount for shipping both ways, handling and grading will be close to $50.
