1970 D Penny. "E" In Wrong Place

This looks like an "E" where the "F"should be in "OF". What do yall think?

Looks like damage on the "E", and there's discoloration on the reverse. It's Post Strike Damage, since it happened after it left the U.S. Mint.

It's supposed be an F in OF not E. That's what I am talking about.

Also note the tops of the devices? They are showing very heavy die wear towards the rim. So it may have been something that damaged the die and eventually moved in the direction of the rim. It might even be a piece of coin debris stuck in the grease on that area. It might move with a bit of a push from a toothpick?
