1984 P Quarter Dollar Error Help Confirming

Tdimick New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 07/26/2018 05:27 am I found this 1984 quarter in my change that had a little bit of an off look to the naked eye and when I was able to get it under a magnifying glass at home I realized some unusual things above the 'quarter dollar' on the baranch and leaves, I don't know if they are infact errors and couldn't find much info about this year coin with this type of mistake. Anyone with info that may be helpful to determine is much appreciated. I've always been very into coins and just started actually trying to do some investigating. This is just Machine Doubling, since the devices are reduced in size, and it's shelflike (flat) in appearance.
