Do I get notified of responses to the posts I've made? Is there a way to sort posts so I can read the posts I'm most interested in?

Look in the ccf FAQsubscribing: https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/faq.asp#notifyand at the top, click on Tools, then you can click My Topics to see where you have posted. You can select a date range. And do me a favor, unless you are making a meaningful addition, please do not bring up threads where the last post was 4-5 years ago.

Thanks. I really wasn't looking for email notifications. I was hoping there was an alert near my login or something on the site that would be easy to recognize instead of having to search the posts each time. What do you consider a "meaningful addition" that you're asking me not to resurrect posts that are in my interest? I would completely understand if I were commenting on US coin threads, or even the Canadian and Australian threads, but there aren't many posts on Libertads. Those are the people I'd like to connect with most on this site. Seemed like a good way to get in touch with them.

"meaningful addition", a post to a 10 year old thread to simple post " " is a little silly. Those coins and those users may be long gone. I did see you post in a thread a few years old, but that post was a continuation of the discussion. You can look at Active Topics that have changed since you were last on.

It not only shows you just the new posts, it has a little green arrow to let you know in which topics you have already posted.

@Fuzzy317 With all due respect, I looked through my 27 posts (this is 28) and the only one with any kind of emoji is in this thread. I don't recall ever using a thumbs up, or is that (on a 10 year old post) something that the mods would have not allowed to be posted? I'm still trying to figure this forum out and if it's mostly US, then I might stay away until I start collecting US again...
I'm not trying to be difficult--I'm just trying to understand.

@Bobby--is the link you provided for active topics the same as what I would get by clicking on "New Posts" above? Thanks!

@jbuck Thanks for the tip on the green arrows. I did see something about that at the bottom of one of the pages... When do the red dots change to green? I thought maybe after I read the post, but when I went back, they were still red.
When am I no longer a "new member"
Thank you, guys!

When you have read all the new topics, click on the "Mark all Topics as Read" link in the upper left of the topics list.
