Here are additional pics. I can see the match on the lower bust, but the die scratches in the memorial seem to go mostly horizontal.

Thought?

It's definitely a Doubled Die Obverse. There's extra thickness and separation lines on the date and "IGWT".

Im looking at my 1988 DDO-006 as I write. Mine is the same die state as yours exactly on obverse and reverse. Yes on our examples the die scratches on reverse are horizontal not perpendicular this could mean an earlier die state or later die state. The big marker on the obverse is the southeast die scratch running from T then through middle of R and bottom of you of TRUST. Die markers aside the E of WE and the R of TRUST show clear doubling and serifs. Because our coins show a thin weak line on the bottom of bust I suspect their late die state.
The coin shown on coops spread is probably a very high grade MS coin and will more prominently show the pickup points. Check to see if wddo 006 crosses as DDO 006 they could be different coins/listings for same coin.
Why some of these modern variety don't merit an Fivaz Stanton listing puzzles me. Plenty of pen FS listings in cherrypickers book when dozens no hundreds show better doubling. It appears the FS listing is a coins making? Bah humbug.
Nice coin man.

CPG does list too many coins. Tens of thousands listed on other sites, just a few hundred make it with FS numbers.
