Hello guys. I was wondering if this coin looked real or fake. Someone on another forum said it looks genuine however I just want to be sure. Thanks for your opinions.

Stylistically it is a bit 'odd' looking
Not my general area of expertise but I am suspicious

This other forum ...... Facebook ?
I have seen quite a few sharks peddeling junk on Facebook
Usually the old "friend of mine" finds them all the time !

I agree the coin doesn't look right. The Hellenistic period was the height of Greek coin perfection with their beauty and attention to detail. This coin lacks the attention especially on the reverse were Zeus looks more like a stick figure than a person.

IMO it's a fake.
